FACTORY AUTHORIZED NON-Warranty Repair Rates for 2006
T.I.P.S., Inc. has been the ONLY Factory Authorized Service Center for Linear Power for over 20 years. We repair each unit as
if it were our own product. Each unit is tested to meet or exceed manufactured specification at the time of repair, and any
changes, or upgrades that have been made to the model product since your purchase will be added at the time of the repair
at no additional charge.
All repairs include a 90 warranty, which covers the unit for workmanship and part failure due to normal operating
conditions. This warranty covers the product other than for abuse (liquid damage, cosmetic damage, excessively high/low
input voltage), misuse, tampering, unauthorized modification or unauthorized repair attempt.

Refused estimate charges on non-warranty repairs are the combined costs of evaluation fee, shipping, handling, insurance
and COD charges if they apply. Price will be given on each unit.
*Heatsink Refurbish takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks turn-around. Dents are straightened prior to Powder Coating.
Pricing is according to size of heatsink.

Turn around time is approximately 2 days in house not including shipping time.
Shipping and Insurance costs to send the amplifier to Linear Power, Inc. is the responsibility of the customer. It is
HIGHLY recommended that insurance for the full replacement value of your item be purchased from your shipper. Linear Power, Inc.
will NOT be responsible for items that never arrive or that are damaged in shipment due to poor packaging. Please
package your equipment well, insuring that the shipper will reimburse you for any shipping damages.
Shipments will be by UPS ground unless other wise requested, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges
above the UPS ground rate, this includes additional charges for foreign shipments or shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.

Payment can be made by major credit card over the phone, or electronically through Paypal. Other accepted forms of payment
are cashiers/bank check or money order, but you will have a postal delay. Personal or business checks are accepted but you
are subject to a possible 15-day delay in processing and clearing of the check once the check arrives to us.
